Residents Try to Flee Before Bombing Resumes in Kyiv

VOA's Heather Murdock reports from a hotel bomb shelter in Kyiv on Monday night, February 28. The bombing has resumed after a relatively quiet day and there are fears the attack will become even worse after talks Monday between Russia and Ukraine.
