Turkey's Leader Issues Warning to Russia During Brussels Visit

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is warning Russia that any aggression against Turkey is an aggression against NATO. While visiting Brussels, he also called for a no-fly zone in northern Syria to protect refugees from attacks by Syrian government forces. Europe has offered over $1 billion to help Turkey cope with the refugee crisis, as VOA's Henry Ridgwell reports from London.
