US to Send Special Operations Forces to Syria to Bolster Fight Against IS

President Barack Obama has approved the deployment of a small group of U.S. special operations forces to northern Syria to support local fighters battling Islamic State militants. The White House says it is not changing its mission but simply intensifying its efforts to back up opposition groups who are making gains. VOA's Mary Alice Salinas has more from the White House.
