A few days after Turkish airstrikes killed at least 20 U.S.-allied Kurdish fighters, the U.S. deployed armored vehicles in northern Syria along the border with Turkey. Turkey’s president says he is "seriously saddened" by the U.S. supporting troops Turkey sees as an affiliate of Kurdish separatists inside Turkey. VOA’s Zana Omar reports.
