Ghana: U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris Wednesday hosted a roundtable of women entrepreneurs to discuss economic empowerment as she wrapped up a visit to Ghana. Harris later departed for Tanzania, the second stop on a three-nation Africa trip that will conclude in Zambia.
