World Powers to Seek UN Council Endorsement of Syria Talks

World powers are gathering Friday in New York for the third round of talks on a proposed Syrian political transition, weeks before a plan to launch U.N.-mediated talks between the Syrian government and moderate opposition groups. Negotiators plan on seeking a U.N. Security Council endorsement as soon as Friday. VOA's Nike Ching reports from the State Department.
