Yazidi female fighters are joining the ongoing operation to liberate Raqqa, the de facto "capital" of Islamic State. Fighting alongside the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), these fighters are resolved to fight the terror group that wreaked havoc on Yazidis in Iraq's Sinjar region in 2014.
