WATCH: As the coronavirus spreads around the world, health officials are urging people not to go to work if they are sick. But for many U.S. workers, staying home means they will not get paid, and that's a luxury they cannot afford.

COVID-19 has U.S. lawmakers considering new measures so workers don't have to work while sick.
