Saxophonist Tim Green is one of the best of a new generation of jazz musicians, recently named a “Rising Star” in DownBeat magazine’s annual poll of jazz critics. Tim and his band join Beyond Category host Eric Felten on the VOA stage, mixing soulful grooves and fiery bebop.
