New State Department Religion Office Provokes Concerns


The U.S. State Department recently created a special office to coordinate its diplomacy with religious groups. The office is a response to criticism that the U.S. has failed in the past to take account of the religiosity of foreign people. VOA religion correspondent Jerome Socolovsky reports on concerns that U.S. Christian groups will now seek to influence foreign policy.
