Obama Secures NATO Member Pledges to Boost Defense Spending

U.S. President Barack Obama has left the NATO summit in Britain after securing pledges from members to boost their spending on defense in the face of threats from Russia, and separately, from Islamist rebels in Iraq and Syria.
