US Lawmakers Debate Strategy After IS Gains


Islamic State militants have made significant gains in recent days, following temporary setbacks inflicted by coalition air strikes on their positions. The radical Islamist group seized the historic Syrian city of Palmyra Thursday just days after capturing Ramadi in Iraq.
