A new United Nations report says a lack of education for girls in the developing world may be contributing to a rise in global poverty. The U.N.'s 2016 State of the World Population Report focuses on the well-being of 10-year-old girls as indicators of development success or failure. It says most of the world's 10-year-old children live in developing countries where girls face obstacles to good education, health care and safety. Zlatica Hoke reports.
