US Conference Boosts International Anti-terrorism Effort

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has held a series of meetings with foreign counterparts this week in Washington to discuss the best way to defeat Islamic State, or ISIS. After hosting an international conference on ISIS Wednesday, Tillerson met individually with some members of an international coalition against the terrorist group. Zlatica Hoke has more.
