Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was questioned Thursday by U.S. senators about a memo he wrote prior to President Donald Trump's firing of FBI Director James Comey. Senator Richard Durbin said Rosenstein told senators that he knew on Monday, the day before Comey was fired, that Trump was going to fire him. He also told them that he was not pressured into writing his memo.
