Moldova's Presidential Election Could Signal Shift to Russia

Voters in Moldova are casting their ballots in a runoff election for president November 13 that could see Russia-leaning candidate Igor Dodon upset his pro-Europe rival Maia Sandu. VOA's Daniel Schearf reports from Moscow.
