Preparatory talks commence for South Sudan peace negotiations in Nairobi [7:24]

Consultations began in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, in preparation for peace talks between South Sudan’s government and a coalition of armed groups known as the South Sudan Opposition Alliance. Rajab Mohandis, a civil society leader and member of a group called the People’s Coalition for Civil Action, is in Nairobi for the talks. He spoke with VOA's Nabeel Biajo.
