Venezuelan VP: Chavez Undergoing 'Complex' Cancer Treatment in Cuba

Venezuela's vice president says President Hugo Chavez is undergoing complex alternative treatment following his latest cancer surgery in Cuba.

Vice President Nicolas Maduro gave no details in Wednesday's medical update.

Mr. Chavez has not been seen in public for more than two months, and officials have given little information about his illness or his condition. They have only said he has cancer in his pelvic region.

President Chavez has had four cancer operations. He missed his inauguration last month for a fourth term.
