Opioid addiction is a crisis in the United States, with more than 2 million Americans dependent on the pain-killing drugs, experts say. Now, the ancient Chinese needle form of acupuncture is providing an alternative to opioids for pain and helping people who are already addicted them. VOA’s Deborah Block has the story.
