* Dave Wils, an eight-grade social studies teacher in North Carolina, and has over $35,000 in student debt.
* Beth Mathias, who works two jobs and her husband works the night shift at a factory in Ohio.
* Jensen Walcott and Jake Reed. Walcott was fired when she asked her boss why she was paid 25 cents less than her male co-worker and friend, Jake.
Actors, and married couple, Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen are speaking. They are longtime friends with Hillary Clinton.
Hickenlooper describes how partnerships drive economies. He has gone from small-business owner, to Denver mayor to Colorado governor.
"From a small-business perspective, she gets it," he says.
