Former Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm is greeted warmly by the crowd.
Granholm talks about the manufacturing industry falling on hard times in her state and the Rust Belt. She says they were angry about jobs going to foreign countries, about trade deals.
But the then, Granholm said, once Barack Obama was elected, he saved the American auto industry. (Crowd cheers.)
