The U.S. is beginning to reopen its economy as the number of coronavirus infections in the United States tops 2 million and the death toll surpasses 114,000. Even as some states continue to see rising numbers, there are growing concerns over a second wave in the fall. It is also raising questions about how students and teachers will return to classrooms or continue with virtual studies. We speak to the Randi Weingarten, President of the American Federation of Teachers who says there is no federal plan and as of yet no funding to restructure schools to avoid further infection.
