As countries begin to lift lockdowns, a top World Health Organization official warned Monday that if countries reopen their economies without setting up strong contact tracing, testing and isolation of those testing positive, the virus will take off again. WHO emergencies chief Dr. Michael Ryan, said it’s an uncomfortable reality, but nations should not "drive through this blindly."
