Former Senator, Children Defy Capitol Hill Sledding Ban

A snowstorm closed the U.S. Federal Government in Washington, D.C., Thursday. With schools also closed, children took to sledding on Capitol Hill, despite authorities banning the practice on the Capitol grounds. Former Senator Christopher Dodd and family were among those defying the ban.
