An increasing number of young people are addicted to drugs in Sierra Leone, particularly to a new synthetic substance called "kush." Sahid Bangura works to assist those suffering from the drug. Facing a severe lack of resources for substance abuse and mental health, he recruits other volunteers to fight for better health outcomes in his community.
