Jeers from opposition lawmakers forced embattled Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam to cut short a live reading of her annual policy speech on Wednesday. She instead delivered a pre-recorded version, and in it, maintained a firm stance against anti-Beijing protests that have rocked the city for four consecutive months.
