Injured Afghan, American Soldiers Face Different Realities

Disability can be a life-changing experience, particularly for U.S. military personnel injured on duty. But the medical and rehabilitative assistance available for wounded American soldiers can help most find ways to re-integrate into society to deal with the new challenges they face.
