Israel allows pauses in fighting for polio vaccination

Israel has agreed to a series of pauses in the fighting in Gaza to allow for widespread polio vaccination. Russia attacks Sumy and the Baltic countries are moving to protect NATO’s eastern border. Chinese loans to Africa are on the rise and Beijing is sending African journalists to Chinese cities on reporting trips, but critics say what they see is not reality.
