Native American communities in the Pacific Northwest have led a decades long fight to remove hydroelectric dams that environmentalists say harm the migration of salmon. For VOA, Matt Dibble went to the Klamath River along the border between the U.S. states of California and Oregon, where there are plans to remove four dams. In the third part of our series, he joins engineers, biologists and seed collectors preparing for the land to be uncovered by the expected release of 45 billion gallons of water.
