The U.S. Botanic Garden in Washington, one of the world’s top plant conservatories, is marking its 200th anniversary this year. It was established by the U.S. Congress in 1820, making it one of the oldest botanic gardens in North America. VOA’s Deborah Block tells us about this living plant museum.
