Afghan Talks to Resume Tuesday Amid US-Taliban Row

The second round of talks between the Afghan government and the Taliban will resume Tuesday. Meanwhile, the United States rejected the Taliban’s accusations that U.S. forces have violated the U.S.-Taliban agreement. VOA’s Sayed Hasib Maudoodi reports from Kabul.
