Russia's Posturing Causes Concern in Baltic Nations
Russia's increasingly aggressive posture is agitating its neighbors, some of them former Soviet republics. Even the Baltic countries, which are members of NATO, don't feel entirely safe. Russia has held several Baltic Fleet exercises this year, and last month Moscow sent nuclear capable Iskander missile units to Kaliningrad, a city on the Baltic coast sandwiched between Poland and Lithuania.
