South Asia Meets South Texas at New Houston Restaurant

India and Pakistan may be at odds, but South Asian immigrants to the United States often find they have a lot in common. One example is provided by an Indian and a Pakistani in Houston who have opened a new restaurant in one of the city’s trendy neighborhoods that also appeals to the palette of Texas natives. Borrowing the name of an old children’s game, they call it Cowboys and Indians. VOA’s Greg Flakus has the story from Houston.
