South Korean President Says North Korea Needs to Make a Choice

South Korean President Park Geun-hye addressed a joint meeting of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives on Wednesday. South Korea's first female president told lawmakers that North Korea's leaders must choose between pursuing nuclear weapons and the welfare of their own people.
