The two newly appointed vice presidents of Zimbabwe’s governing ZANU-PF are scheduled to be sworn in Friday in the capital, Harare. Former Justice Minister Emmerson Mnangagwa and former ambassador to South Africa Phelekezela Mphoko will become President Mugabe’s deputies, days after Vice-President Joice Mujuru was fired.
