Remnants of Hurricane Patricia Causing Flooding in Texas

Heavy rains fueled by the two storm systems, one the remnants of Hurricane Patricia, pounded southeastern Texas, triggering flash floods and derailing a freight train as the heavy weather descended upon Houston early Sunday. Also, damage is seen in Mexico’s Jalisco state where Patricia came ashore Friday.
