Young Athletes Program Helps Kenyan Kids With Intellectual Disabilities

Children in Kenya with intellectual disabilities are often seen as the result of witchcraft, so getting the attention and services they need is a difficult task. But Catholic Relief Services is working with Special Olympics in the Nairobi slum of Kawangware to provide activities and a support system to these children and their parents.
