President Barack Obama called for swift passage of the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal in his final State of the Union address Tuesday, saying it would cut tariffs on American-made products, open overseas markets and create higher-wage jobs at home. But the chances that lawmakers will approve may be slim at best. VOA's Mil Arcega reports.
