About 37 million Americans have voted early in the presidential election through Friday, four days ahead of Election Day. Ohio is one of the battleground states where the race between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump is very close, and it appears that African-American voters could decide the outcome - depending on how many of them turn out to vote.
