Trump Warned on ‘Disparagement’ of Intelligence Community

America’s top intelligence chief said he is more convinced than ever that Russia used cyberattacks to meddle in last year’s presidential election, and he warned President-elect Donald Trump against disparaging the intelligence community. The criticism from National Intelligence Director James Clapper before a Senate panel is the latest sign of friction between the incoming president and those who serve as America’s eyes and ears around the world.
