Owning a Car to Climb Out of Poverty

In many parts of America, everyday routines -- going to work, taking children to activities or doctors, and running errands -- require a car. Sometimes, not having a car can lead to a lost job. As VOA’s June Soh tells us, one car award program is working to make sure that doesn't happen.
