Inner City Gangs in America Battle Rivals, Police

The inner city is a battleground between rival street gangs who fight for turf and prey on residents. U.S. officials say gangs are responsible for half of the murders in Chicago and Los Angeles and 13 percent of killings nationwide. Many gangs have ties to international cartels, and as Mike O'Sullivan reports from Los Angeles, drug money and guns fuel the ongoing violence.
