An international group of scientists has discovered what they call the slowest rotating pulsar known to science. Using the Low Frequency Array radio telescope and interferometer, located in the Netherlands, the scientists clocked this pulsar to one rotation every 23.5 seconds. The fastest known pulsar rotates once every 1.4 milliseconds.
