Brownsville-Matamoros camp is a temporary residence Central Americans, Haitians, Cubans and Venezuelans who are waiting for their asylum appointment that could grant them entry into the US. Dairon Elisondo Rojas, a 29-year-old Cuban doctor, became a camp doctor while seeking for his asylum for the last 11 months. Dr. Rojas is looking after the patients with a hope that he will make his last scheduled court date on June 23rd.
