What is supposed to be a routine certification of the presidential election result in Congress has turned into a test on Republican's loyalty to President Donald Trump. More than 100 GOP lawmakers including 14 senators challenged the electoral college tally from states on Wednesday, in line with Trump's demands to overturn the outcome of the November election that was won by Joe Biden.
