Mary, a single mother with an epileptic son has a small kiosk in Nairobi, Kenya. She cooks chapati, mandazi, tea and other common Kenyan foods. Her small business was successful but the deadly climate change driven drought that has affected Kenya in combination with the Ukrainian-Russian war have led to food prices to skyrocket. As a result Mary is struggling to hold her business together and now she's failing to provide her son with the necessary medication.
