Lavender, a 15-year-old Kenyan girl is spotted dancing in the slums by American ex-professional dancer Cooper Rust, and joins her training programme. After 6 years living and dancing with Cooper, she is trying to fulfill their shared dream of becoming the first professional ballerina from Kenya.
