We've heard about baby boomers, millennials, Gen-Xers and now...it's GEN -Z. Those just now entering the workforce. A new study finds that while they are worried about job security, this generation is overwhelmingly purpose-driven.
The report, issued by the non-profit education organization Girls With Impact with the support of the S&P Global Foundation finds that Gen Z wants a future centered on world change and innovation.
