Rebel Attacks in Jonglei State, South Sudan

The S-P-L-A says rebels led by George Athor attacked villages in Jonglei state yesterday, killing civilians and burning homes. As Marvis Birungi reports from Juba, the army says the area in which the attacks took place is a difficult one to police.
