Q&A Williams & Broadhead / Tibet New Year / In the seat of the Tibetan exile government in northern India, this year's festivities for New Year - or Losar - are muted. Leaders are calling for reduced celebrations as the number of Tibetan self-immolations approaches 100, and Chinese authorities carry out mass arrests of Tibetans for allegedly supporting self-immolation as a form of protest against Beijing's rule. Ivan Broadhead has been reporting in Dharamsala. VOA’s Sarah Williams asked him how Tibetans are approaching the New Year.
